Even more involved in the actual paper-making process is artist John Babcock. His works revolve entirely around paper, and explore their textures, colors, and contents. Everything from sculptures using huge sheets of paper (seen above) to simple squares of textures are found. In order to appreciate his works in full, learning more about the process is necessary. His manipulation of the fibers in the pulp and paper are unique, and show remarkable control in the time-consuming and labor-intensive process of paper-making. See more at his website.
